We want you to love your game night. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your game must be in the same condition you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at hello@chopchopgames.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method. Send returns to the following address: 114 Alaskan way s Unit 605, Seattle, WA 98104
Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@chopchopgames.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Discounted or sale items
Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest way is to return your current one and make a new purchase once your refund is processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s complete. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
